"Perfect location in a quiet street in the extremely charming Villefranche-sur-mer - great boulangerie a few steps from the apartment, a short walk to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, and train and bus stop to visit other places in the Cote d’Azur. The apartment is very comfortable with all the amenities we could need and very well decorated. There was also a rose wine bottle waiting for us on arrival which was a nice touch."

"They hold a deposit of €200 per day, which I find excessive. When checking in you are informed of, in my view, some non-sense typical airbnb requirements. You are required to put all the dishes away and take the trash to a public garbage disposal area and, if you don’t, they will take a portion of the deposit to account for the additional cleaner time. I have no problems washing my own dishes, but having to leave early in the morning to catch a train, it was an unnecessary hassle to wash and dry our breakfast pan and dishes by hand (since there wouldn’t be enough time to use the dishwasher and put everything away) and take the trash out. When they have a check-out time of 10am and check-in at 4pm, effectively 6 hours between guests that we effectively cannot enjoy the apartment, it would be much better if they paid the cleaner an additional 10 minutes of work to do these tasks that would make it a much better experience for guests."
